Unable to purchase Games With Gold games

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this. For the past few months I've had trouble purchasing games with gold games from my Xbox one. I've tried purchasing them from Xbox.com and I get the same response on both platforms: "Your account is unable
to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox." How can I be getting this error when I AM attempting to make this purchase from my console. I have a gold membership on annual auto renew and it seems ridiculous that
I can't get the full benefits of a $60 membership.

China is a xbox support region you have to set it to china

Most xbox m rated or triple a titles are region locked

If you are using a Child or Teen account you would need to make the purchase on an Xbox 360 console. Then you'll be able to download the game from the

Ready to Install section on the Xbox One console.

Hey there, BamBam! Are you unable to see the
Games with Gold page and the offers that are there? It states go Gold for everyone, but if you scroll down, there should be links that go to the purchase pages.

Xbox Live Gold is ONLY required for playing online Multiplayer, participating in parties and getting and playing the free Games with Gold games.

If you purchased a game digitally, you can download that without a Gold membership. You'll just be unable to play the online multiplayer part (if the game has online Multiplayer).

Thanks for bringing the question to the forums. Unfortunately we are unable to purchase Xbox live gold subscriptions with Our Microsoft Currency. You may use it to purchase games, DLC, or in game currency. You will need a valid credit/debit card to purchase
gold. Or you may purchase a pre-paid code for Xbox Live.
