    Unable to Purchase Games From Computer/Browser


    I tried buying a game for digital download by purchasing through the site store here, and it redirected me to a microsoft page to verify my account information with an old Email I don't even remember; I tried validating through my phone instead and when
    I entered the validation code sent via text the message said it would be a full month before I could access my account properly again; this message has since showed up on XBox Smartglass + XBox One when trying to sign in.

    Is there any other validation information I can give to verify that the account is mine? Or is the month-long wait it's saying I have before I can re-access my account a mistake, or something?

    I am also encountering this issue in trying to purchase any game via xbox.com I haven't had a chance to try it from my console yet, but it is frustrating to be unable to purchase via the browser. I've checked all my billing and my card is able to make online
    purchases elsewhere just fine. Really hope that there is a fix coming for this issue.

    Please double-check if the total amount includes tax which might be the reason why you are unable to purchase the game.

    Please also try purchasing it on a computer using a web browser on the Microsoft Store page and see if it works there.

    Hi, thanks for your answer. I am attempting to download the game from a browser (ie: on a computer). I tried different browsers. I cannot purchase it from my XBox One: it says "you have to buy this game from an xbox 360 or xbox.com" in the Xbox One.

    I clicked on your "call back from Xbox Support" but it redirects me to a simple FAQ where there's sadly no answer for my problem.
