    Unable to purchase GamerTag change


    Hi,

    I'm attempting to purchase a change to my GamerTag.

    Although I have Credit Cards attached to my account they don't show up in the credit card list.

    I'm located in Canada.

    When I attempt to add my card, I cannot select my province, only states are available to select. Even though it does say "state/province" on the form.

    I've tried through Windows 10 App, and VIA web on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

    Please advise.

    Even if you change your Gamertag, you purchases and saves are still locked to your account. I could change my gamertag right now and I still have everything. It stays with the email address you signed up with, not gamertag.

    Right that is the point I was making, even if you pay 10 dollars to change your tag all friends and followers stay with you. Is there anyway to transfer all purchases and saves to another gamertag?

    Gamertag change

    I've purchased a gamertag change using prepaid tokens.

    I was unable to change my gamertag on Xbox One as any other gamertag name didnt work except for the name I originally had.

    Thus I've been charged for Changing the gamertag to exactly what it was before i attempted to change it.

    What can I do about this?

    Unfortunately no, the changing of the gamertag is universal for Xbox games to the profile. If you're unable to change the gamertag due to a time restriction then you'll be unable to have a different display in the games you play.

    Gamertag A (primary) purchased all Expansion Packs. Gamertag A purchased EP1 on Console1. Gamertag A purchased EP2 on Console2. Gamertags B and C unable to use EP1 on Console2 AND unable to use EP2 on Console1. Gamertag A can sign into Live on Console2
    while Gamertags B and C can sign into Live on Console1, however, Gamertags B and C do not have access to EP2. I don't care if I have to buy Expansion Packs again, I just want ALL gamertags to be able to use them.

    I created for MCC an account; created the gamertag as shown here "" it said that the gamertag is available - but after that, I got a different one.

    Since then, I'm unable to change the gamertag on the homepage.

    If I try to change the gamertag on the XBox Live homepage - there occurs an error and I'm unable to change it.

    It says, that I should try it later - i try it now since 3 days.
