Unable to purchase game using PayPal

Since I bought a month gold I find myself unable to purchase the games of the countdown offer.

Tried contacting two agents by chat, but none of them could get me a resolution.

In the past I was able to make the purchases using PayPal without problem.

What the agents I got in chat told me is that my region (Reunion Island) which is a french island, department overseas that depends on France, can't use PayPal to purchase the games.... There's really something wrong here, it's like you're treating an island
that's an oversea territory as if it was a country on its own.

I find it really irritating that a French department overseas can't use PayPal, knowing that it also depends of france, reunion is not a country on its own so that's really just.. it really upsets me that suddenly when coming back to my xbox 360 I can't purchase
the countdown offers anymore.

Plus I now get the Error 8C150009 when going to my account parameters on my xbox 360 console.

This is the current information listed for the above error message:

The PayPal account you are trying to add is not supported. Xbox LIVE only supports PayPal accounts that have a credit card or confirmed bank account as a funding source. Update your PayPal account with one of these funding sources, or try using a different
PayPal account.

If you are unable to attach a credit card/debit card to the account and you're unable to add the PayPal account then you will need to purchase subscription cards from a retail store.

 

No one can help? Still unable to download games, error 80167611 when trying to use my PayPal account.

Getting 8C150009 every time I go to my account settings on the console.

It's really bothering not being able to download games from the countdown offers.
