Unable to purchase FIFA 15

Hello. I have a European xbox but am living in the U.S. I believe that I changed my region a couple of weeks ago to be able to download games from the market place and I succeeded buying Sonic All Star and Need For Speed. Today I tried to download FIFA 15
but was not able to because it said "This game's region does not match your console". I do not know for sure what region I am in, and I am wondering what I have to do to be able to buy Fifa 15, and if I then also will be able to play the other games I purchased?

This is a known issue and they are working on it.

Cant purchase Fifa points for Fifa 14 with my life account money

I think this might have something to do with an ongoing issue that EA is looking into in regards to FIFA 14 and the ability of people purchase items in FIFA 14.

Hello, this might be because your account region does not match the marketplace you are trying to download from. This will affect some games and not others, hence why some downloads will have worked. When you switched regions, did you do that just on the
console? You would need to also migrate the account to the USA. You can find a guide for that here:

Also for FIFA and other region specific games

Using a pal console in a NTSC region account won't work as its looking for pal content on an ntsc region

However fifa cannot be downloaded outside their regions also

So you need a pal account
