Unable to purchase DLC on Xbox for Mass Effect 2

Alright, after 3 times of reaching out to Xbox Support with no answers, I have finally been told to begin a discussion here to see if I can find out what the issue is.

For the past few days, I have been trying to buy DLC (Kasumi- Forgotten Memory, Arrival, etc.) for Mass Effect 2. I am met with an error code within Mass Effect 2 downloadable content section. When I try to just buy it via the marketplace from a laptop,
it gives me an error and says the transaction cannot be completed. I have also attempted purchase from an actual Xbox 360 console, and it gives me an error code there as well.

What gives? I saw something about Microsoft losing the license to sell the DLC, but I do not know if that is still true as others have managed to find a way to still download the DLC over the last 4-5 years. I have been on countless reddit threads, Xbox
help threads, even EA Support and have found 0 solutions for this. Can someone assist with this? Because at this point, I've been given the runaround from not only Xbox, but EA too. This is incredibly frustrating as I've gotten a shrug from basically every
direction.

Apparently a bunch of ME DLC is no longer available to purchase from the MS Store, here's a link to a forum post that goes in to better detail.

The dlc still shows a price on it in the xbox store, it doesn't say it is curently unavailable so you should be able to still buy it. Are you able to buy any other dlc for mass effect 2 or any other xbox 360 game?

Funnily enough, I was able to buy other DLC for this same game. It just appears that the larger DLC that you have to buy (since there is free DLC available as well) is not able to be purchased. I have had this issue with Overlord, Kasumi- Forgotten Memory,
and for various different add-on packs on this same game. I believe the same is true for Mass Effect 3 DLC as well.

bought all the dlc for mass effect 2 new at full price, well worth every cent. when everything was on sale i bought all the dlc for my brother, shipped him my copy of mass effect 2 and bought another for myself

if you can wait for a sale there should be one soon but either way mass effect 2 dlc is worth every penny
