    Unable to purchase dlc from xbox one market


    hi this is my first post so I hope I do this right. Anyway I'm trying to purchase the destiny doc as part of the gold membership deal this month however when I click on buy on the xbox market I'm greeted by the line going around in a circle I waited hours
    and nothing happened please help.

    That could be due to a few reasons. Possible outstanding balance on the account, the payment option may be banned in the system, your financial institution may be blocking Microsoft from pulling from you account, its hard to pin point exactly what the issue
    could be. I would suggest getting in contact with Xbox support so they can take a look at what could be causing your problem. The phone number is 1-800-469-9269 for United States and Canada. Hope all works out for you.

    You could also try searching out the content you want on the website here to make your purchase. Just be aware though that you will need to use a credit card or paypal to pay for the item.

    VIP Membership restricted to one profile -- problems

    Regardless of the licensing policies, I doubt MS meant for people to be unable to purchase stand-alone DLC for their profile, which is currently the case. Since it cannot be purchased from the console, isn't available here (xbox.com market) and isn't transferrable,
    there really is no resolution for someone that mistakenly installs FM5 content to the wrong profile.

    Hey Gagnon 17,

    You will need to purchase the DLC from the market place for the other Xbox. I would suggest also doing so from whose ever account did not install the DLC from LTD Edition.
