    I am trying to purchase the Destiny Expansion Pass however when I try to it says I can't and I have to change my settings to allow it I have tried to change my settings but there is no option to it just gives me a button to return to the last menu, the privacy
    settings are on custom and I was able to change the settings on my Xbox 360 but those changes did not do anything on my Xbox One. Also it says to sign in to my parents account but how would I do that when they don't have an Xbox Live account.

    Can't buy Weaponized 1 15 Camo?!?!?!

    It means that because of your age restrictions (set on your account) you are unable to purchase such content, ask your parents to change the settings set for your profile so you can purchase it.

    I am having the same issue when trying to purchase borderlands. gives an error saying that i am unable to purchase premium content, and to change my settings under the my xbox screen. anyone know how to solve this issue?

    well in both game settings in the metro settings menu and xbox console companion it shows for NAT type is Teredo is unable to qualify and server connectivity is blocked. also I checked the service and winHTTP is unable to be started or stopped manually.
    I have also checked the registry editor and the registry seems to be in order.
