You will have to wait for the updated marketplace

Its not on the list yet so its not compatible with xbox one

 

I looked at the xbox wire and major melson blog nothing about crysis being available

However there is a prediction on an unofficap source which i wouldnt rely on

Actually, ngoc, just so you know, MS announced (I believe at Gamescom) that all Xbox 360 GwG titles will be BC when the feature goes public. There is a post about it on the Xbox Wire's conference coverage at news.xbox.com.

Presuming the op knows that bc is preview only,lets ignore that for now,plenty of people are getting the gwg for when it does release.iv seen a fair few people over on reddit having the same issue with crysis 3 and the only sure fire way to get it with no
360 console is to add a payment option to your account and "buy" through the site

Every publisher has the eight to add conditions

Ms adds this themselves for ceetain games as per international laws on ceetain violent games like the ones imposed by usk

Console region and actual region and account region has to match

Thats what it is checking for hence why bc isnt available on gears 3 or crysis

The pnly way arpund it is to have a 360 to confirm compatibility likr region 1 -8

Its simple as logining in once with the 360 eithrr thru a friend or a rental

You try amd dowmload the game on an non compatible console you will get that error too

For example a region 1 console (north american) but a uk or german account which is region 2 that would be a region error on the console hence why the website checks for your console as long as you make a purchase once with a compatible 360

 

The region and licensing are set by the publishers and should continue to function as they have before and on the Xbox 360. It is through emulation, therefore the same results should be visible. If you see any differences in that arena, please file a feedback
