Unable to ""purchase"" crysis 3,already talked with an operator who sent ...

Hello,first of all I shall say that this may be the wrong category but I'm not really sure where to post this problem.

As I said,I already had a chat with an operator through phone but she wasnt able to solve this and sent me here.

Basically,I cant ""purchase"" the free crysis 3 game from the site or anywhere else. It gives me an error which asks me to log with my profile on a xbox 360 because I never bought/logged there. I changed profile when I passed from xbox 360 to xbox one and I
do not have the console either.

The error,translated,is :

"Sorry, is this your first purchase? To safeguard this content is compatible,log into xbox live from the console and retry"

I am unable to do so,and I'm pratically stuck.

Of course I'm trying to download the game to play it with backwards compatibility on the xbox one.

You need to borrow or rent a console or use your friends console

As stated by the error

Only meed to do it once to confirm compatibility

Well,thanks for saying the obivious... My problem is that I do not have the possibility to log my profile on a 360 and I surely wont buy one again to do so. And,about the console compatibility,as I said I would play the game on a xbox one,not 360

 

Can you not use a friends 360 to hit download?

 

I'm having this problem as well. The thing is, I've already purchased free games with gold for X360 in previous months without any problem. I never had a X360.

I think this might be a bug.

I don't have any friends with still a 360,sadly. Everyone went with either a one or with a ps4.

By the way in previous months if you tried to get GWG's of xbox360 from the site it just asked for a card,it didnt give that error.

 

You cant play a xbox 360 game yet only the ones listed on the list since crysis isnt on the list yet

Some games check for compatibility and xbox one is not compatible with 360 games yet nor is the marketplace setup for purchases yet

And no its not checking for xbox 360 only

It checks for hd for hd gamesand tv format

@cattrix them you can rent one

 

Certain games gta tombraider crysis destiny halo gears all check for console compatibility as some games arent region free or just banned in certain regions

 

Its not a bug the msg is clear ypu must have a compatible console like region 1 -5 ot ntsc or pal etc

 

And no playasia doesnt list region locked digital content

 

Crysis 3 will be compatible soon, they announced it with the GWGs of september.
