Unable to purchase CoD Ghosts

I've tried purchasing call of duty ghosts from the marketplace and the xbox website and both come up with the exact same screen saying something went wrong. It seems that this is happening to quite a few people?

Unable to purchase anything XBox One - 0x8ca50001

Assistance please. I am currently unable to purchase anything from on my Xbox One now. Last month I purchased Peggle2 and paid for a gamertag change successfully. This week however I am unable to purchase the Season Pass for Ghosts or Dead Rising 3. I
get the error "Sorry, there is a problem. Something went wrong, and this is not available right now. Check for it later(0x8ca50001) What are you trying to purchase? Season pass doe DR3 and Ghosts for Xbox one What error code or message are you receiving (from
the console)? See above What region is your account? Canada What region do you physically connect from? Canada Help please.

I had the same problem playing COD Ghosts but have been unable to find anything on any forums

 

Yes this is a issue that has been going on for several days, i have phoned support and they are looking into the issue.

 

Contacted support this morning and they said it would be about 24-48 hours. No promises

 

Yeah I was on chat with support last night and they basically said it was something to do with the promotional side of it all, hope it gets fixed soon!
