    Unable to purchase COD 2!


    Why is it that I cant purchase this game with the money on my Microsoft account?! This is a game on xbox and I have money on my Xbox account but there is no option to pay with those funds. I am forced to pay for the game with a registered credit card and
    I do not want to. I would like an explanation!

    i purchase a console that came with COD black ops 2 full game download code about 40% in to the download the power went out i keep trying to restart the download and it says unable to download is there anything i can do

    You can purchase this content using the money on your Microsoft Account using an Xbox 360 console only. It will not show if you will use an Xbox One or via web since.

    Never fun to see an Ambassador with an issue! That's why we're here though. :)

    The first place to check is always the
    error code page    . The first two suggestions are related to the account, so we would start there. Can you sign in at

    account.live.com     to ensure that your Security Proofs are both full & accurate? If anything needs to be added, please do so, then

    clear cache     &
    redownload your profile    . Does the download work after that?

    If not, we'd suggest checking the billing address on xbox.com under the My Account section while signed in. Please make sure that it is completely full & matches the info for the main payment option on your membership, if applicable. It should be full &
    accurate even if there isn't a payment option though. Again, a cache clear/profile redownload may help after updating this.

    One or both of those steps is likely to resolve this, but if not we can move on to network troubleshooting. We'd start by simplifying the connection as much as possible, down to a wired, direct to modem connection. If that doesn't help, please post again
    with info on if you're wired/wireless, if you use a separate router/modem or a combination device (or just modem!) & the make/model of each device between your console & the internet.

    I have tried redownloading my profile, clearing my system and marketplace cache, and resetting my internet. I just got off of Customer Support chat, and she said that it was back-end corruption on my account. So she escalated my issue to be of importance.
    I actually did use the error code page, and it is apparently some sort of connection issue (Error: 80153410). I just hope this gets fixed relatively soon so I can buy my Black Ops 2 and upcoming Halo 4 DLC. I really appreciate the help guys!
