Unable to purchase Bo2 on Xbox One

after realizing I lost my disc to black ops 2 I've tried to purchase it online in the Obox One store. It gives me the error, "Your purchase cannot be complete at this time. Please try again." I have tried four times with no luck

Xbox purchasing problem

I am trying the buy Bo2 Backwards compatible on my Xbox 1, when i go to buy it this message pops up: "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox." this doesn't make any sense and this
needs to be fixed.

 

Can't purchase black ops 2 on Xbox one

I've been trying to buy black ops 2 directly on my Xbox store for the past couple days, but I keep getting a message that says: "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox. Someone please
help I'm dying to play bo2!

update: I have also tried to purchase it online. No luck.

 

Have you recently been issued with a new debit/credit card? I only ask because I had this a few days ago when I had been issued with a new card. If you have been issued a new card your paypal account will need updating with the new card details.
