Unable to purchase backwards compatible Xbox360 games.

I've been trying to purchase a backwards compatible XBox360 game from my Xbox One. My old credit card was expired so I was prompted to add a new one. Afters I click the link and enter my credit card info, it just takes me back to the purchase page and
still says I don't have a card on file. I've tried both from the console and from the Microsoft store web page. Is there something I'm missing?

Is the disc for a backwards compatible xbox360 game as only discs for backwards compatible games will register.

If your payment option is showing on the Microsoft website then maybe try removing your account from the Xbox then signing back in.

Try a differebt browser preferably non chrome or.safari

Edge or.firefox is prefered

If you are using a prepaid credit well register billing info and turn on online transactions and reoccuring purchases and.roll.a dice

Sign into account.microsoft.com using a pc or mobile and under payments make sure your payment is your new one. If your still having the issue saying no payment methord try removing the account from the console settings account remove. Hold the power button
till shut down then restart and add the account back and try again.

If its still the same then you need too add the payment methord on a xbox 360 console. This is because its using the xbox 360 marketplace this is especally true if you never made a xbox 360 purachse before on a 360
