    Unable to purchase anything on Fortnite


    So starting from yesterday morning, I've been trying to subscribe to the fornite crew, but to no avail. Everytime I tap A on "Join the Crew", the screen darkens as if you just opened the guide, usually this opens the payment screen but nothing happens and the screen goes back to normal. No matter how many times I hit A, nothing happens. Just now I've noticed that I can't even purchase vbucks as the payment screen for the doesn't show for that as well. Couldn't use the 'Report a problem' feature either as it will never stop loading. Currently reinstalling fortnite. Running on Xbox one x in alpha skip-ahead.

    Hi there,

    If you have the exact error code that would be tremendously helpful in offering solutions.

    However, if it is the case that you are trying to do this from the web, could I suggest you instead try from an Xbox 360? The web store does not yet support the use of the currency in the Microsoft Account (since the switch away from Microsoft Points) whereas
    this operation can be completed from the console.

    Let us know if that works, or if you are already trying this from a console when the error code appears.

    Again, giving us the error code itself would be enormously helpful in resolving this for you.
