    Unable to purchase anything digital


    I need some serious help. I’m unable to purchase anything from the Microsoft store. It tells me something went wrong and the purchase did not go through but it debit my account and took the money out. I try to purchase Star Wars Revenge of the Sith and I got the same message that something went wrong but took the money out my account. I want to make purchases. I’m unable to get in contact with anybody from Microsoft on the phone, through the chat, or when requesting a call.

    I have had a similar problem and it told me the purchase failed but it had actually went through and gave me the game. I noticed that the game had indeed been purchased and when I went to my games and apps it was not there but I selected show all games and I had found it and was able to install it. I'm not sure if were having the same problem but hopefully this helps in some sort of way!
