Unable to purchase an

Hi,

I originally downloaded a game(Subnautica) on a trial basis. I would now like to purchase that game, however after much struggle I am still not able to. The error message I have received is as follows "Sorry your purchase
cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later." with some PUR - processing error code afterwards. After research on this error I thought that it could only be one of three problems.

1. Insufficient funds

2. Error in my details on my payment account

3. My bank blocking the transaction

I have followed up on all the points and it is none of them, my bank says they do not know why it is not being processed as they are not blocking any transactions from the Microsoft Store.

Onyx has a great suggestion, any error code you see would help us greatly in narrowing down what may be causing the problem.

• What is your exact error message/code?

Are you getting an 8 digit error code when you try to purchase items? If so, please post it here.

Purchasing errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to purchase anything.

After that try the purchase on both xbox console and via xbox.com/

Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and payment option all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.
