    Unable to purchase an Xbox Live Membership?


    Hey guys, I'm trying to buy a month of Xbox Gold membership but I keep getting an error message. There's enough money in the bank account and I have a connection to Xbox Live because I've been updating Games, but I can't actually buy any membership
    to play these games? I didn't get a small error code, just a really long one, and when I put it in the search box it didn't give me any results or help, but I'll post it here anyway... any help would be appreciated. I've tried using Xbox Live trials and it
    says I already have Xbox Live, but I can't play any games online because I don't have Xbox Live apparently, and I'm unable to buy any time, so yeah?

    cant play xbox multiplayer

    you will be unable to play on xbox live without xbox live gold so make sure you purchase it

    When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

    I'm having the exact game issue, i used the 14 day trial code to get the on xbox live which worked fine but when i try to purchase a year membership the exact same thing is happening. troubleshooted the code with no result. Any help please and thankyou.

    If the time for the 14 day membership has not finished yet then wait until it's finished and then try to add the membership again.

    My xbox live subscription supposed to have ran out yesterday but ran out the day before.

    The account info is correct and there is enough money.

    Just comes up with 'something went wrong'

    If you did not receive a card, then I think you will still need to purchase the membership. Usually, those deals with the Live Membership come with a card or it is on your receipt. If you are unable to find the code, then you will need to purchase a regular
    Gold membership on your Xbox.

    If your attempting to purchase a LIVE membership and are unable to from the website, please try to purchase the gold membership on the console and see what sort of error you get if anything at all.
