Unable to purchase a game

I am unable to purchase a game (red dead redemption 2).

I get the following error:

And using F12 developer tools, I see the following:

I am using paypal to make the purchase and the store is UAE.

When I try to purchase star wars battlefront 2 backwards compatible it won't allow it it says this cannot be completed try another time? When the game released for us to download and purchase digitally today? someone please reply

 

Unable to purchase a game

I tried to purchase a game today on the Xbox 360 Store and I get an error when finishing the purchase. When researching on the web for a solution, most of the problems were with credit card, but I can purchase Xbox One games with the same credit card I'm
trying to use for the 360 AND a friend was able to buy this same game I'm trying on his Xbox account using my credit card. So I really don't understand where the problem is... I can buy games for Xbox One, a friend is able to buy games for Xbox One and 360
all in one Credit Card, but I can't buy a 360 game... Do you have an idea about where the problem is? Any help is appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue when trying to purchase a game. In this case I would suggest to contact live support as they further tools to review the account to resolve what's blocking the purchase to go through.

It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
no thanks,pick the category(payment and billing)and just pick a contact method
(request a call from support or Chat is faster).

Firstly, the country I am living in is not on the list of countries in the phone number screen.

Secondly, I have a second phone, but the support screen reports that my phone number does not exist.

How do i contact someone about this.

This is exceptionally bad

I don't see a chat option anywhere.

Check out these steps to see if you get the chat option here :

1. Contact us here
2. Select My Account
3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
4. Select Error Messages and codes
5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
6. Select The Chat option

I see there is no email option for United Arab Emirates.

I am currently in another country and it will be expensive to make calls to the UAE.

And the country that I'm in does not have a callback option.

Is there any other way to obtain support with this. Ideally via online chat or email or something.

I just want to buy a game.

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. The steps for reaching chat were kindly posted by XBF Chris above should you wish to use them. If you aren't seeing the chat option, then just switch up categories until you do.
