    Unable to process registration?


    Regarding the Xbox Insider Hub...

    I got invited to a technical alpha test for a game (Sea of Thieves) this weekend, but whenever I try to join the Insider Content using the Xbox Insider Hub so I can download the game, I get an error telling me that there is a problem and it is unable to
    process my registration?

    Please help, I've been trying to look for a fix for this over the past few days.

    unable to process request

    so im trying to claim a prize from the vault. when i click. claim. it brings up a screen with my gt, and asks for my first and last name, along with my email. but then after putting those feilds down, it says. unable to process request, then tells me to
    go here please help

    Is it possible that a friend did the registration for you? I am unfamiliar with the tournament registration process so I am not sure that somebody could have done it for you or not.

    TXPaladin, I doubt that they will have future waves for this update. In the past the waves have come from users that have already signed up and gone through the registration process, where in this case the registration is closed already. They haven't reopened
    registration before, to my knowledge.
