Unable to Preload on Gamepass PC

Hello

I have been informed that the preload for Back4Blood should be available to start on Gamepass PC. Two of my friends who have gamepass and do not own the game have been able to start their downloads however the option to start the download is not available to me, instead all I get is the option "Not Available" as shown in the screenshot posted.

I have tried restarting my computer, I have tried updating the Xbox App but this does not change the status of this page. Any advice?

Hello Katharis, it's really strange that some of your friends have access because the game doesn't enter the Game Pass until October 12th.

"It was also revealed that Back 4 Blood will be launching on day one with Xbox Game Pass on October 12 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows PC, and cloud gaming (beta). "

Even with gamepass ultimate you can only preload the standard edition right now. You'll have to download all the additional free content we get on the 6th

ALSO logged in with the weirdest gametag ever that I did not create, just after subscribing to gamepass for PC. Hopefully this gamertag can be changed, is it part of the same issue with being unable to load gamepass?

I am so excited for The Outer Worlds. Can't believe it is coming to gamepass. Already have it preloaded. Been getting some fantastic reviews too. Character creation here I come!
