Unable to post to Forums on my primary account.

I have been unable to post on the forums with my main account (Gamertag: Wah) for some time now, I tried a month or so back and thought the forums may have been down or something. However I come to make a post today and get the exact same problem.

Error: forums.xbox.com says: Failed to submit new post!

Another query is that my primary account has been part of the xbox insider hub/preview dashboard program for 2 years and is still unable to access the insider forums.

I don't think we can really help with this issue much on the support forums but you can head on over and talk to Xbox Support Chat at
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us Just select, Billing & Memberships > Need Help Getting Access To Microsoft Account then Step 3 allows you to Chat with Microsoft Support. Hope this helps!

Unable to sign-in to my primary account.

My gold account is Mr H Town 281. I did not have a problem until this year with the rise of security. I tried to recover my password but the email does not work anymore. It was a military email and the station is no longer active. I have made this account
but then I remembered none of the thing I bought will be on this one. What should I do because I don't want to pay for something I cant use. I do plan to get a xbox one but I would like to have my games, movies, and game score. At a lost, please HELP!!

Hey there!

What browser/device are you trying to use to post using your regular account? Are you able to try a different computer and browser? Or a different network? If you're having issues across multiple devices, that would indicate it's an issue with your account
and not PC but we'd like to narrow things down as much as possible.

Also, you should have access to the preview/insider forums now. The link for that is down below in my signature. See if you can access/post there now.
