Unable to Play Xbox360 games

I appear to be have problems playing all 360 games on my sons xbox1. When I read the forums it seems to be a big problem. Has anybody come up with a solution? Most games I can play but just can sign in and save progress. Some it just wont allow me to play
without signing in. Help much appreciated. My son will have his own profile on xbox 1. Doesn't matter which profile I use, neither will help.

Forza Horiza got a Warning Message

I got a warning message when i entered Forza Horzia.That was : You have set your Xbox360 console to prohibit user created content .You will be unable to view car design in replays,multiplayer races,or on Forza Motorsport TV.Any car that you receive through
the Auction House or Gifting will also have its design deleted.

How to solve this problem? I need help.

My console is Xbox360 pro system and I use game disc to play.

If this is something you're still experiencing on your son's Xbox One console, let's have you try going to Settings>System>Storage>Clear local Xbox 360 storage. Start up a backward compatible game and then re-download your profile. Did that help?
