    Dear team and friends,

    I recently purchased xbox one s roboto edition just to play my favourite game HALO. For this I simultaneously purchased HALO 3 game CD with my xbox one. But as I insert this CD in my console it shows an error msg as attached in this message. Please help
    me to enjoy my gaming experience with xbox one because I really love halo and only because of HALO series I purchased xbox. Please help me out

    Yes, if you purchase the game from the Xbox 360 marketplace, you can play it on the Xbox 360, Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S.

    As for what Hardcore Games said, you can still buy Xbox games for the Xbox 360, and play them on the Xbox 360, and if they are backward compatible, play them on the Xbox One & Xbox Series X|S.

    Can I backup Xbox 360 games to the Xbox One console, and play them without the disc, like you can do with Xbox One games to the Xbox One console?

    unless you own the digital version of thwe game then the disc must be in the drive to authenticate ownership, so with the series s you will be unable to play xbox 360 games from disc.

    yeah Smwutches is correct with this. The game can only use the Xbox 360 camera on a Xbox 360. Playing the game on the one makes the achievement unable to get.

    Xbox One S's 360 Emulator WON'T Connect to Live

    The games are all digitally owned in my library. There are no discs. I had no troubles with this on my original Xbox One that recently broke and required me to buy a new Xbox One S. The emulator I am referring to is the internal emulator that all Xbox
    Ones run when playing a 360 Backwards Compatible game. When I install a 360 game and try to run it on my Xbox One S, the game will load HOWEVER I cannot connect to Xbox Live while in the 360 emulator. Due to a recent troubleshooting that suggests uninstalling
    the game and clearing 360 cache and profiles, I would need to redownload my xbox live profile for the 360 emulator ON the One S. Since the emulator WON'T connect to Xbox Live, despite my Xbox One S BEING connected to Xbox Live, I cannot download my profile
    and therefore cannot play and save my progress. I've tried with multiple games but they all give me the same issue of being "unable to connect to xbox live". I've tried all of the Mass Effect games, the Dragon Age games, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed games,
    Banjo-Kazooie, and Fable series of games and NONE of these will allow me to connect to xbox live.
