Unable to play video on windows 10 mobile using

No, you need to have Windows 10 to play it. You can use any Windows 10 device: windows phones, tablets, PCs, etc. If you want to play with your friends that have the Windows 10 Edition, there is cross play functionality between mobile, console and Windows
10 versions of the game.

I've had this issue even before the latest insider build. Unable to play Age of Empires: Castle Seige because of it. This also happens on Windows 10 Mobile as well (Lumia 950). It's stuck in the stopping state.

What Windows Phone are you using exactly, and what Windows Mobile version is running on your phone?

Do you still have Windows Phone 8 or are you on Windows Mobile 10?
