Unable to play The Orange Box that i have purchased

Hi, is that normal that i have to re buy my digital version of TheOrangeBox ?

I've digitally bought it on my X360 in 2013 when it was on sale and have some achievements in it, even play it on my xbox one when it goes back-compatible in 2016, and re-installed it on my One X when i got it day one, all of that with the same account
and now it tell me i never bought the game and i have to rebuy it when i just wanted to try the One X update that came out.

I just want to be able to play the game i buy

System Making an uncomfortably Loud noise

Ok when i play Kinectimals or the Orange box the xbox makes a loud noise Kinectimals is understandible cause it has a crack in the center but the orange box has no damage I have an Xbox 360 S console

It sounds like you've purchased The Orange Box previously but now its not recognizing that it was purchased. This may be due to it being purchased on another account. Try signing into the account you think you bought it on and looking through your

Order History to see if you can find the original transaction. Asides from that there is no reason why it would ask you to repurchase if you are on the correct account. I recommend
Contacting Xbox Customer Support and having a representative go through your licenses with you to make sure it was purchased from this account. Or so they can help you find the
account the purchase was made on so you can use your content.

Never had any purchase made on another account, also for the funny part now my Order History only start from late 2013 ... i have my account for more than 10 years now and buy games/ad-on on xbox live for as long as i have it
