Unable to play the new maps in Private matches. (WIN10)

I seem unable to launch any kind of private game on either of the two new maps (Diner and Old Town), I can visually select both of the maps to play, but whenever I go to actually launch the maps the game countdown doesn't even begin, it just does nothing,
so I've had to join other players games (Who are all Xbox One players) to play these maps privately.

I'm an owner of the Season Pass and this wasn't an issue with the previous addition of maps (War Machine and Impact Dark) as I was and still am able to launch on those maps... Also, as a possible related issue, whilst the developer playlist for the new maps
was running I was also able to visually select the new maps to launch in a private game, even though it wouldn't launch them then, whilst no-one else could see them during that period.

The only time I can access the new maps is when in private matches, Anyone wanna do private matches.

Hey guys, I'm looking to gather a bunch of people, who want to just have some fun playing on the new maps. I've got a YouTube channel that I've started since Gears 3 dropped, and getting some footage of the maps on verses game types could help my channel.
