Unable to play the game.

I had the disc version from one of my friends for some time...i played like 80 hours.

Yesterday,I purchased a redemable code from the Microsoft Store,i redeemed the code on my account.

I installed the game,after I chose my car from the festival site,a short video for the new "Blizzard Expansion" appears on my screen.I'm prompted to chose if I want or not to purchase the expansion but the "B" button doesn't seems to work.I'm not able to
pass that screen at all.

I tried some troubleshooting but it still doesn't work.

I've created a new Microsoft Account and tried the game from that one,I don't have any problem,it works fine.

I tried to play the game on another console from my primary account,still doesn't work.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like the game Forza Horizon 4 is giving you some issue when downloading the game. What I recommend doing is clearing your local saved game data on the console. I will put the steps below
on how to do just that. I hope the information helps.

Clearing Local Saved Games:

1. go to settings on the Xbox One Console

2. settings --> System

3. System --> Storage

4. Storage --> Clear Local Saved Games

Unable to play the game

Good morning. Try unpluged the console and roster for 2 minutes and plug. This resolve many of the situations.

1. Are you getting any error messages?

2. Is your Xbox One console connected to a wired or wireless network?

3. Have you tried connecting your Xbox One console to a different network?

Make sure to check the status of
Actvision's Online Services for any service alerts prompted.

You may perform the following methods that may help resolve your in-game concern:

Method 1: Clear Persistent Storage

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select All Settings.

4. Select Disc & Blu-Ray

5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.

6. Select Clear persistent storage.

7. Restart your Xbox One console. Try to play the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Method 2: Clear MAC Address

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select All Settings.

4. Select Network.

5. Select Network settings.

6. Select Advanced settings.

7. Select Alternate MAC address.

8. Select Clear.

9. Select Restart. Try to play the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Method 3: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One
