    Unable to play Sims 4 seasons update


    I purchased the sims 4 upgrade for my daughter (family member on the same xbox console). After downloading it worked for 1 day and has since refused to work under her login with the message 'not owned'. I have checked my MS account everything looks OK with
    the upgrade marked as purchased in my transaction history.

    any ideas

    On my account. Download over Xmas as a present, it worked for a few hours for her then the message appeared not owned.

    Tried updating the Xbox to home xbox account, seems to be working again, fingers crossed it remains OK. Thanks

    The account that owns it has to be designated as the Home Xbox account. Here is a link explaining how that work

    Was it purchased on your account or your daughter's account? If it is on your account she will only be able to play when you are logged in. Otherwise it must be purchased using her account.
