Unable to play Roblox on Xbox one

We're installed Roblox on Xbox one from the games. It installed properly but when trying to play we get the following errors:

- To do this, change a setting

You are unable to see content other people make because of how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com

- We then hit "Close" and get the following error:

- Unable to Join

The ROBLOX game you are trying to join is currently not available. Error Code: 103

- We don't know how to fix the error and to make the game work. Thank you in advance for your help.

Unable to play Roblox

Please Help. My son wants to play Roblox, we downloaded the game but when he tries to join his friends to play a message comes up saying that his settings do not allow him to. It then follows with error code 108. I have changed all his settings, making him
a teenager etc to try and allow him to connect but nothing has worked. Any suggestion? This is the first I have allowed him to join friends online to play so we are very new to this. Thanks.

My son is having a problem with Roblox. I'm not sure yet what the error is. I have his "share stuff people make" setting to "friends." I just changed it to everybody to see what happens.

Sorry, we have the SAME issue. We have tried everything on that site, and still NO JOY! SO FRUSTRATED! My kid is really disappointed!

 

You must use the parental account to change any settings on a child's account. Could you check this link out please and change any privacy settings you deem as appropriate.

We're having the same issue and changing the settings is not making a difference. We were able to play before and now we can't.

 

Ditto, the "change privacy safety settings" does NOT resolve this issue on the family accounts..in fact we cannot play this game under an adult account. We continue to get the, "You are unable to see content other people make because of how your account

If anyone has been able to find a resolution for this issue with Roblox, please share.

 

I was able to get it working. in xbox.com, under privacy and online safety, change "Share stuff people make", to "Everyone". That should do it.

 

This solution worked for us too...I was trying to get my childs account to work on XBox one and was getting

"you are unable to see content other people make because of how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on xbox.com"

The setting required was under 'Privacy & Online Safety'....'Share stuff people make (Xbox 360: Member Content)'.....as stated above this needs to be set to 'Everybody' ! if you have the setting at 'Friends' it does not work !

Given that this setting is supposed to be 'XBox 360' I do not understand why it affects XBox one....also this is badly implemented and 'Borken' game security as using the setting as intended and selecting 'Friends' does not work !!!

Top job buddy @manygadgetguy, worked a treat! This is a little tricky to find if you're not familiar with XBox.com or the settings, so as of August 2017:

Sign into XBox.com using the parent account that controls family settings > Goto My Account > Family > Click the account you want to allow access for > More Options > Apps, Games and Media > XBox Privacy Settings > Click the account you want to allow access
for > Under the privacy tab goto 'Share stuff people make (Xbox 360: Member Content)' > Click everyone > Scroll to bottom of screen and hit SAVE

You will then need to sign out of the account on XBox One and then sign back in again and it should now work!
