Unable to play rage 2 / boarderlands 3 due to crashes. Looking for other games

I love borderlands!! I played thr first, the presequel and the second with every character available i lobe it that much. Shame youre having this issue with the third one but the game dev dev working on a patch, im holding off on getting the third till

Have you played bulletstorm before? It is over the top kind of like borderlands and rage.

After you've tried everything it seems to me to be a hardware issue. I see upthread you were getting overheating issue, have you blown out the vents with compressed air.

Failing that, I'd suggest getting it serviced, BL3 could be driving the cpu or gpu to the point where it can't keep cool, same with Rage 2.

To clear your Alternate MAC address, you can go to Settings > Network > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear. Then reboot your console by pressing the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts off. Then
test for crashing after it powers back up. I would test with Rage 2, since someone said Borderlands 3 has a known crashing bug (I'm not certain about that, I haven't played it or followed the bugs), so that might be a more solid game to test with?
