Unable to play purchased/downloaded game..

I've purchased fallout 4 on a disc with a code for fallout 3 digital download. i can install f4 from disc but the update starts and stops at 0% the same applies to f3 even though I've redeemed the code the game refuses to download, and I am no longer able
to dowload f4 for gamepass anymore. I've done everything short of smashing it up. I paid for game pass and am unable to play the game I purchased it for , I've purchased the original disc and I'm unable to play that also and the reason I purchased the disc
was for fallout 3 digital download which I'm unable to download?? and nothing is fixing the problem or refunding me for be ripped off and ignored

Are you downloading it from the Marketplace or in game store? Also do you have sufficient space on your selected storage device? You could always try to redownload it through your Download History to see if it has completed.

If it is shown on your storage but still wont work then try deleting the content, clearing your system cache and then downloading it again. Hope this helps.

Do the region of your account and the region you are in match? Most Call of Duty content is region restricted. Meaning if you live in the EU but have a US account it will not allow you to download it. Your IP and your account
region must match otherwise you won't be able to get it.

Check your storage device section and go to the Black Ops Folder, scroll and see if there is any content showing a corrupt symbol (usually a yellow exclamation point), if there is you need to delete it, clear your cache, restart
the console and redownload it again from your purchase/download history via the guide button.

It just overall god damn slow! and i was unable to play when downloading any game I purchased from online store.

@MrNightmareTM: The game is HAWX2.

@SquareFantasy: I wouldn't think it has anything to do with the HDD as I have other games downloaded before and after that are working fine - I'm on a wireless connection so I'll check if going wired fixes this

@Mister Gwyther: Speedtest gave me 4.23Mbps download speed, I have 4MB DSL here, so I guess the test result is pretty good?

I'm actually suspecting something... I purchased it in the states through the PC, but then traveled to Egypt for work where I'm currently downloading it on my xbox- should this cause a problem? I understand games are related to my profile or are they related
to my physical location?, I still have a long time till I return back to the states so I hope I don't have to wait a couple of years to play the game!
