Unable to play or get refund for digital games Burnout 3 Takedown

I purchased Burnout 3: Takedown via Xbox website. Once auto downloaded to my 360 it does appear on my games list but with no visible thumbnail picture and is unplayable/will not launch at all.

I am unable to see the game at all on my Xbox one and series x's games lists. Only on the 360.

How can I get a refund as this is not a listed option?

As to the game itself, Burnout 3 takedown is an original Xbox game which is capable of being launched and played on an Xbox 360, but do so, you need an official Xbox 360 hard drive. Original Xbox games backwards compatible with the Xbox 360 will not run on external USB hard drives/Flash drives.

If your Xbox 360 does have an Xbox hard drive then it either has a fault or is not an official Microsoft hard drive.

The Xbox Original game Burnout 3 Takedown is not backwards compatible with the Xbox One. It only works on an Xbox 360 console.

Only Burnout Paradise and Burnout Revenge can be played on an Xbox One console.

Criterion are great, i would say Burnout 3: Takedown is my fave driving game of all time.
