UNABLE TO PLAY ONLINE GAMES

Hi. Im having issues when I want to play online games such as Forza horizon 5 the texas chain saw massacre. Keeps indicating verification of my profile with the servers is not available at the moment. I can't seem play any online games I have checked my internet connection and it's connected and stable. I purchased the game pass for my texas chain saw massacre and purchased the game itself for forza horizon 5
