Unable to play online games

Forza Horizon 5 isn't on Xbox 360, did you mean Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S?

Do you have an external hard drive plugged in to the console right now?

If yes, can you unplug it and Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Once done, please check if the issue still persist while the external hard drive is unplugged.

However, if the issue persists, Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(as they will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted reset and keep my games and apps.

Follow the steps here on How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One and let us know how that helps with the issue .

I'm using Xbox 360. For the Forza Horizon 5 I used to play via game pass and used to work without any issues. But due to my busy schedule I didn't renew my game 0ass when It expired. Today I actually purchased the game pass and this problems surfaced.i tried purchasing the full game itself and the problem still exists. I tried trouble shooting by powering off the console. unplugging the cable. Wait for 10 seconds and plugging it back and use the controller to power up the console. Still the same. Connection of internet is connected and stable. I don't have the screen shot. Currently I'm trying to uninstall and install the Forza horizon 5
