Unable to play online after xbox one console suspension has been lifted.

My xbox suspension was supposedly lifted on the June 22,2017 yet i am still unable to send messages or play online multiplayer as i recieve the message "Choose something else to do. Because of your past behaviour you are unable to send messages/play online".
I have done every troubleshooting method possible including: clearing mac adress, hard resetting the xbox, unplugging router+xbox for 30 seconds, clearing system cache, deleting profile and reinstalling, resetting the xbox to factory defaults. I have gone
to enforcement.xbox.com and there is no active suspension listed. This is my 3rd time contacting xbox support, every MS representative who has assisted me with this problem simply tells me to "Wait 48 hours and contact support should you still require assistance".
Is there ANYTHING else i should do to solve this problem or do i need to buy a new xbox?

Xbox Suspension

I had a case reviewed from enforcement team and they lifted my suspension after 7of the 14 days but I am still unable to play online do to my console being suspended for some reason when on my Xbox it says I can’t send messeges (even though I have been sending
messeges and posting on my activity feed)

And the enforcement page says I have no current suspensions HELP ASAP

Recently i was suspended on xbox 360 the date was 12/18/14, the ban was suppose to lift 1/1/15, of course those days with out xbox were miserable i couldn't wait till new years so i bought the xbox one and gta before my account was even lifted from the suspension..
so a couple days after the suspension was lifted i got to play for a couple days online then i got issued a console ban for modifying my xbox one, can some one help?
I've never modified.

Your consoles suspension was probably extended, mine just was an additional two weeks and my main account was extended till September lol. These guys are clowns at enforcement man, you're better off yelling at a wall, at least you might hear an echo. I've
spent so much time on their stupid chats, just for their agents to over use the word "personally". I'm done with their support team.

Sorry to hear it. If you are unable to play online then the suspension may still be active. Please be aware that a suspension is lifted at the same time that it begins. For example, if a suspension started at 7pm then that's when it will lift.

I know but I was unable to modify my first post, that's why there is the second one... It doesn't change the fact that a console suspension can be lifted.

Sorry to say but Xbox 360 bans are permanent and no one can lift this suspension

Hey there .

It's very possible that you received a console suspension on top of your original suspension. If that's the case you'll wanna check your your e-mail for communication on console suspensions.

i only got a communication and multiplayer ban but they've both been lifted and if i had a console suspension i wouldnt be able to play online but i still can
