Unable to play old Xbox One game Toy Soldiers War Chest

I have Xbox one x. I wanted to play my old game Toy Soldiers War Chest. I have Xbox one X and game Disc. Game starts shows intro and comes to Menu screen but after that am unable to select any menu item. Background music is playing but game not moving forward. Please help

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It mandatorily gets 1 update from internet. So it is latest update. Have tried restarting console, clearing game cache etc. Still nothing. And background music is playing so game has started but not able to move ahead from menu options
