Unable to play 'octodad...' Digital game download on Xbox one

So, my son asked if he could use his pocket money to download and play Octodad... Game. As the xbox live account is mine and all managed by me, I did my duty and paid 11.99 for the game, downloaded and installed. Upon launching, the game asks to press
A to load. Do this and it hangs on a loading screen and then closes. Tried uninstalling, rebooting , re-downloading, reinstalling, relaunching (multiple times) and it's still not working... 1- any ideas on a fix? 2- if not, how do I get my money back? Thanks

Xbox 360 to Xbox One digital game not downloading on Preview

I purchased a digital download of mass effect from the microsoft xbox store in order to play it on my xbox one as a Preview program member. The digital game download does not show up in my 'ready to install' game area. Why is the digital download not there?

Sorry to hear about the trouble with accessing the game! We're happy to help out with this. To check, are there there any other profiles on your Xbox One you can test the game with? Let's also have you try removing the profile you're having trouble with,
fully power cycle your Xbox One by hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds, and then add your profile back.

Tried the steps you suggested. And then repeated them after i created a new profile but still crashes out on the loading screen.

Any more ideas?
