Unable to play MY games

If he is sending you messages indicating that he is not going to leave you alone, then by all means this is stalking via the communication channels and you have every right to file a complaint against the user. GTA V is definitely a popular game and there
are plenty of lobbies. As both myself and Karachi King have mentioned, you will likely want to try and appear offline for a period of time until the Enforcement Team can take action. You also have to keep in mind how many complaints are filed a day, some of
which are bogus because someone is having a bad day (clearly not your case), but nonetheless they have to investigate every complaint.

Do not use Xbox Live communication channels (including, but not limited to text messages, in-game chat, party chat, Kinect chat, and forums) to scream/yell at, threaten, or STALK other players, or encourage other players to do so.

Stalking is doing just that. Violating the code of conduct. The enforcement team should review the code of conduct before reviewing reports. The game is gta 5, and no, it's not coincidental. Clearly the messages being sent are enough proof of being followed
purposefully. It's also obvious when playing a private game and having the person join with me and a friend alone. But knowing that, I can understand how coincidental it must be.

I also do not care for the rules of this forum. Clearly "no naming and shaming" is holding things back. No wonder microsoft has low customer service ratings. They can't handle what they have and they think they're ready for a new console already. How disappointing.

I figured out a solution on my own by tinkering around a bit more with the xbox, just downloaded the profile and it worked again.

But, if I understand your problem, you are trying to access the save files from another account?



The saves from a game are assigned to the GamerTag that was active/signed in at the time you started the game.



For this reason, you cannot access game data from another GamerTag or transfer it to another GamerTag. This is to prevent cheating and is the same reason/policy for DLC.



FYI, unless the game requires online play, you do not have to have Gold Live to play a single player game.

What's the point of the enforcement team? Maybe they should hire people with high school diplomas or higher. I'm not sure if blocking and avoiding will help, but I'll try. He's obviously searching for my name and joining my game purposely.
