    Unable to play my digital games.


    Unfortunately i recently bought a new xbox console so i wanted to make it my home xbox but unfortunately i cant because I have reached the limit. I tried contacting support and their new policy is that it cant be switches for 12 months so now I have a paper
    weight as i wont have an internet connection for quite sometime. Thanks xbox.

    I'm having the same problem over on my end. I have the digital download version and I am unable to update my game. :/ Can't really play now.

    I have Battlefield4 digital copy, I have gold account. When my son (silver account) on my HOME xboxone he is unable to play the game whether im signed into the cosole or not. I thought anyone on the home xbox is able to play any of my digital games on the
    HOME xboxone???

    The
    Home Console rule     has been in place since the console was released in 2013. And it's always been on a rolling 12-month basis.

    It's only within the past year the number of times a user can change their home console was increased from 3 to 5 times in a year.

    To help us make sure to get you the right information, can you let us know if you're seeing that with an Xbox One console, Xbox 360 console, or on a Windows 10 PC? Also, is that just digital copies of games, or is that happening when you try to play a game
    from a disc as well?
