Unable to play multiplayer on Xbox ONE

    Unable to play multiplayer on Xbox ONE


    I have made a post about this before but it still has not been resolved or in any regard answered (besides for run of the mill copy and paste answers)

    I have my xbox in the entertainment room of the base housing building. Which is home of many US Navy military, there is 5 active accounts on the xbox. One of which and I repeat ONE of which has an active suspension, remember that is *ONE* account. There
    is still 4 accounts on the xbox that do not have anything open as far as enforcement, or for anything of that matter. Still no one is able to play multiplayer online for this xbox. The accounts have been used on other xbox one consoles and have successfully
    gotten online and played on. I am still wondering why this specific xbox will not allow any multiplayer activity although only one account has a suspension which only includes that account, so why is my xbox which is a publicly accessed xbox still unable to
    play multiplayer on any account other then the one with an active suspension?

    If anyone can actually answer that and find a way to get the xbox back to working correctly I would really appreciate it.

    Halo 5 Multiplayer issues

    Hi, I just got a new xbox one and Halo on a disc. I have loaded correctly but I am unable to play multiplayer. Fifa 16 Multiplayer works fine. Any ideas ?

    Hi Kouta Okasaki,

    Have you ran the Xbox Live Connection test to see if it's a console specific issue?

    The instructions on that can be found here. It may be the NAT setting it set to strict which would restrict online multiplayer service.

    No it's bringing up the "Because of past behavior you are unable to play online"

    I even made a brand new xbox live account to test it. Same exact thing.

    Have you ran the Xbox Live Connection test to see if it's a console specific issue?

    No it's bringing up the "Because of past behavior you are unable to play online"

    You don't need to have any friends to play online on Call of Duty or any active Xbox LIVE online games for that matter. If you are unable to connect to multiplayer matches the issue is a networking one. Does your NAT status say 'Open' on the main multiplayer
    screen on MW2?

    Xbox live

    Xbox Live Gold is ONLY required for playing online Multiplayer, participating in parties and getting and playing the free Games with Gold games.

    If you purchased a game digitally, you can download that without a Gold membership. You'll just be unable to play the online multiplayer part (if the game has online Multiplayer).

    Nat type.. Terado is unable to qualify. This could block you from playing multiplayer games.
