Unable to play multiplayer in specific games (FIXED)

i have an xbox one and have had the same one for about 5 years, and now i cant play multiplayer on a set few games: all games made by EA and a few others like Minecraft and Roblox i connect to for about a minute then i disconnect from multiplayer. BUT if
there is a co-op campaign like in PVZ BFN the campaign works fine if someone joins my campaign but if i join a friends campaign then i disconnect. also some games have no problem at all like Black Ops 4 no problems at all solo or multiplayer. also
party chat has no problems

it is not my internet because my computer phone and all other devices in the house work fine

i dont know if its a setting or something wrong with the console itself

(Just call tech support man works every time)

Check your NAT settings. It needs to be set on Open to be able to play multiplayer.

You also need to go to your privacy and online settings under your account on the website to change your multiplayer settings to allow.

Keep in mind that only adult accounts can change these settings as child account is unable to change them.
