    Every time I run a Multiplayer Connection test I get 100% packet loss . I tried to use the support articles to fix this but nothing has worked . I tried to directly connect my modem to my xbox . and nothing has worked. Any advise would be appreciated

    What Country/State/Province do you live in? Wayne,MI

    Modem brand & model number: Technicolor TC8305C From Comcast

    Router brand & model number: Linksys E1200

    How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?: 1 Xbox 360 & 1 Xbox One

    Wired or wireless (for each console): Both Wireless

    Things you have tried: Directly Connecting Modem To Xbox One And Directly Connecting Router To Xbox One , Port Forwarding , DMZ , Hard Resetting Xbox One , Disabling UPnP and Disabling Firewall .

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown : Enabled

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? : Open/Moderate

    Any Error Codes you encounter: No

    Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): Comcast.

    I don't have access to my Modem because my brother controls that . But I can access my router.

  2. 100% packet loss?

    Connected directly to Cable Modem with Static Public IP , 10 meg down and 1 meg up Xbox one reports 100 % packet loss, unable to pass multiplayer test. Two Xbox one tested same results.

    Some have indicated they have 100% packet loss but games are playing, indicating the packet loss % may be incorrect. Who knows, same thing here but unable to log into live. Merry Christmas!!!

    Greetings!

    Can you verify that your TC8305C is operating in bridge mode. The TC8305C has also router/NAT built-in-to-it, this function has to be disabled, since you're using an additional layer of NAT.

    The TC8305C's NAT's implementation works poorly in the relationship with an Xbox 360, or Xbox one. The solution is to bridge this device, for seamless connectivity to Xbox Live.

    Seems you are not the only one having issues. Also on that note anyone else go through the help article offered by the link and find it to be complete and utterly useless ?

    I tried all the steps for both 100% packet loss and network connectivity. Neither helps. its a problem with the Xbox servers. The psn network is also down. Rumors of the "Lizard Squad" attempting another hijack are flying around, plus Im sure the servers
    are severely overloaded right now. I just signed up for the text update for when the problem is resolved. So now I can just enjoy my Christmas. Good luck all and Cheers!

    The bridge mode will disable the capability of performing NAT (Network Address Translation), which will be done by your Linksys E1200.

    The 100% packet loss is not affected by your networking set up, but the Xbox Live core services being limited.

    Sit tight until they've worked out a solution.
