unable to play multiplay

Discus and support unable to play multiplay in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have just downloaded infinite warrior for the pc on windows 10.     I have just downloaded infinite warrior for the pc on windows 10. I can play the campaign but it will not let me go online...... any help much appreciated

    Unable to play Multiplayer

    Check and see if your profile is corruptted. If it is, you'll have to delete the profile (Profile only! Not game saves and things associated with it) then download your profile from xbox live.

    Yes I've tried this. I've even moved my xbox to a different house and had the same problem.

    You've had this same issue before, though?

    No guest sign in option appearing.

    Possibly the game your are playing does not support split screen multiplay.

    BRUH - why is it so hard just to play cod mw2 2009?!

    you need to change the family safety setting to allow multiplay and multiplay outside of xbox live.
