Unable to play minecraft

This has been happening for a year or two now, I'm completely locked out of playing Minecraft on either bedrock or java, and every time I try to change the settings or remove myself from some "family group" nothing works. I tried making new accounts, changing my age, or getting my parent to help me change the settings and allow me to play my game. I tried to make a new account to get it to stop, but everything leads me to the support page of xbox.

If not:

Try changing it this way.

Go to the top right corner, click on your avatar
click on my microsoft account
Click on "Your Information" on the top tab
go on the date of birth
Change to a date that matches age 18+.

Once this is done, log out your microsoft account from all open browser sites,
wait 20 minutes for the updates to take effect on the server, then click the link below.

Look for the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab

And change the settings "You can play with people outside of Xbox Live", "You can create and join clubs", and "You can join multiplayer games" to Allow.

Once all that is done, wait another 20 minutes to update the changed settings and that's it.

Please go to
https://account.microsoft.com/devices and sign in with the account you used to purchase Minecraft for PC.

There you should see a list of devices that are connected to your account.

Find the PC(s) you aren't using anymore, and click on them to manage them. In the upper part of the device screen, click the drop down menu, and remove the PC you aren't using anymore.

That will reduce the amount of devices counting towards the limit, and you can then install Minecraft again.

I've got exactly the same problem

can play minecraft or fifa online, use to codbo online and UNABLE to connect to codbo2 !!!
