Unable to play Minecraft on PS4 due to privacy settings

One of her friends must have their account Privacy Settings set so that only certain content or stuff be shared/played with certain people. This is a big situation with Xbox 360. This is due to someone's Privacy Settings. Get them to change their Privacy
Settings. Usually it's adults/parents who do this to their children's accounts. And yeah, most people on Xbox play Minecraft XD, sorry those who disagree with me, but Minecraft is at or hovering, at the top of the XBL activity charts. Especially on Xbox 360.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to play Minecraft on your PS4 because of how your account is set-up.

The message you are receiving, only appears if you are attempting to play online and your Xbox Live settings are not correctly configured.

In order to play online, you will need to change your
Xbox Live privacy and online settings. However, if you are unable to configure your account yourself, it is likely that you may have a Child account, and if this is the case, you will have no choice but to have the parent account make these changes for
you. You will be unable to play online if you are unable to configure these changes on your account.

Try to clear your cache to restart the login process: Settings > Applications > Minecraft on your PS4

If you delete the family account even if you didn’t make one (i didn’t either) then click the link after http://account.xbox.com/settings then you should be able allow online
multiplayer play or whatever its called then when you get in the game it might say (Coming soon) depending on when you see this

I went to that website and signed in but it took me to a Microsoft support website with how to change your child's Xbox privacy and online safety settings. There is a link on the website which takes us to another website in order to change the privacy settings
but it just opens the same Microsoft support website. And as for unlinking my account and signing in with a different Microsoft account it tells me it was unable to unlink the account and to check my internet connection.

My user is not a child account
