Unable to play Minecraft Multiplayer

I have migrated my mojang account to microsoft and when I started the game, both multiplayer and realms were disabled. I then followed up with a common means to allow this. However, I was stopped with the option saying the following message
"We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later."
This has persisted for a few days already. I am requesting help with this problem.

As first step try to power cycle your console by press and hold for 10 seconds the front button...

P.s: i can also suggest to check if your xbox one internet connection is setted properly

it does not, It says I am a organizer, and am not a member

I am sad to say, this is not the case. I went to do that, and go to my privacy settings and for Xbox One/Windows 10 privacy settings and it still said.
We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later.
I still am unable to change this to let me set these options.

Oh, I suggest to add your account under a family group as a member though and try changing your settings using the ORGANIZER'S email. The organizer should be a different adult account.
