    Unable to play Minecraft for Windows with Game Pass for PC


    I have Game Pass for PC, I tried Java Edition and it works absolutely fine. On the other hand, when I want to join my friend streaming "for Windows" edition I'm being put into trial mode and can't neither login into account or play online. Both Xbox app and Minecraft launcher says it's included into game pass for pc (sometimes launcher doesn't) but when i hit play it's loading into trial version

    I need your help to fix it

    P.S. I tried re-logging into both microsoft store and xbox, wsreset.exe, numerous re-installs, changing install destination, deleting ".minecraft", resetting every app that has to do anything with minecraft and store

    Minecraft for Windows 10 is only available for the PC. If you've been playing on the console then you have Minecraft. You would need to purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 if you want to play it on the PC. Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title. It's also
    only available for Game Pass for console, not Game Pass for PC.

    You would have to purchase the PC version (Minecraft for Windows 10) in order to play it on the PC. Unfortunately Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title and is not available for PC through Game Pass.

    To play Minecraft on a Windows PC, you typically need to be logged into the Microsoft Store with the account that owns the game. This is due to the way Microsoft manages game licenses and user authentication.

    However, if you have Minecraft through Xbox Game Pass, and your Windows 11 account has access to Game Pass, you can play Minecraft without switching accounts. Game Pass allows for family sharing, so as long as the account with Game Pass is set as the home account on your PC, all profiles on that PC can access its games.

    If using Game Pass:

    • Xbox Game Pass: Grants access to Minecraft Dungeons  Standard Edition on Xbox One
    • Xbox Game Pass for PC: Grants access to Minecraft Dungeons  Standard Edition on Windows 10 PCs
    • Xbox Game Pass Ultimate: Grants access to Minecraft Dungeons  Standard Edition on Windows 10 PCs and Xbox One
