Unable to play Minecraft Dungeons Online Game

Discus and support Unable to play Minecraft Dungeons Online Game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have previously purchased Minecraft Dungeons and have tried to play again recently however I am unable to select Online Games as it shows a pop up...     Unable to play Minecraft Dungeons Online Game


    I have previously purchased Minecraft Dungeons and have tried to play again recently however I am unable to select Online Games as it shows a pop up message "checking online privileges" which then takes me to the Game Pass Ultimate purchase screen.

    I have Game Pass Console at the moment which Minecraft Dungeons is included in. I have no parental controls on my xbox and am connected to the internet. I have tried logging in and out, uninstalling all part of the game and reinstalling but the "checking online privileges" remains.

    Does anyone have a solution?

    It's included in Game Pass Ultimate. If you only have Game Pass for Console, then you don't also have Gold.

    I thought this was included in the Game Pass subscription, I didn't realise some games require a gold subscription and as well as the game pass subscription

    Do you also have a Gold subscription? That is needed to play online.

    When you launch Minecraft Dungeons for the first time, you are prompted to log in to a Microsoft Account. This can also be done from the game's settings menu, by selecting "Configure Online Play"
