Unable to play many games (that used to work well)

Most of my purchased games are either not launching, or keep crashing after launch, or crash after the main screen.

Some examples:
- Halo Wars 2
- Halo Spartan Assault
- Halo Spartan Strike

I have purchased the games, they used to work just fine. I have PC Game Pass. Can't say for sure but I think after I purchased PC Game Pass the games stopped working, or after Windows 11 upgrade.

I have tried everything. Reset and Reinstallation the games. Nothing works.

Halo Wars 1 works, sometimes it freezes.

Free games like Asphalt 9: Legends are working.

Hardware is compatible with all the games I play. Drivers are up-to-date. Windows, Apps and Games are up-to-date.

When I try to repeatedly launch Halo Wars 2:

Halo Spartan Assault and Halo Spartan Strike will show blank screen after starting logos. Game will not start or crash.

Earlier Xbox app on Windows 11 showed this error 0x80073D26
But I've resolved this error a while back.

All the required services are running. Microsoft Store Apps are running fine. Just the Games that are launched through Xbox app are giving problems.

Help with resolving this would be much appreciated.

Currently, purchased games and PC Game Pass subscription are going to waste. Might not buy games from Microsoft Store in the future or continue my PC Game Pass subscription after it expires.

Have been on chat with Microsoft Answer Techs (plural) for a while. They have concluded that it is a Windows 11 issue.

Which means either Windows 11 needs to get some updates to resolve this issue or game publishers (which is Microsoft in this case) needs to provide updates for every game that has stopped working due to Windows 11.

Hoping to get some resolution for this. Have tried everything.

Reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device: - Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type PowerShell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter: get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
In the same window, type the following command and press Enter: start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
Restart your device

Although this didn't worked for me.

After this try these steps:

Apps & features > Xbox > Advanced options
Repair
Reset
Now try relaunching the games through Xbox App

Even these steps are not working for me.

By 'unable to use it.' Does that mean not being able to play disc based campaign games as well?

EXIT707 you can just mod the Xbox 360 at that point and play online via tunneling.

Now with XBONE games, they shut the service down, well, unless someone really does some work.... well the games and you will be XBONED... unable to work.
